Stabilised Bases

Stabilised bases can save thousands of dollars compared to the cost of a concrete slab.  RAW Courts have perfected the method and materials used to build our stabilised bases for synthetic grass tennis courts, playground areas and bowling greens for both commercial and residential clients.

Our purpose built dual grade laser levelling system is owner operated and incorporates the latest state of the art laser technology and equipment. We have teamed our system with the current model John Deere compact tractor equipped with turf tyres to minimise the footprint on the surface.

The highly manoeuvrable compact tractor with underbelly blade and camera monitor system means we always know what is happening with materials, surface, levels, and safe machine control.

The compact tractor can reach into corners and our extensive experience and industry knowledge means we can achieve the tight tolerances that meet surface specifications:

Two John Deere 2720 compact tractors with turf tyres for efficient loading out of material without damaging surface
5-6 tonne tipper truck for delivering sand, soil and quarry products to and around site
Power harrow enables the surface to be cultivated at different depths to ensure a consistent breakup of the soil structure
Water cart and pump to settle dust and hydrate soil and stabilised materials during and after laser levelling
Rotary hoe
Tow behind rake attachment
Tow behind rollers – triple drum finishing roller and dual drum compaction cast iron roller
Surface stabilising – products for stabilising surface materials during construction phase and dust suppressant and water retention products after construction
